Who is Events International?
Events International Ltd has been appointed by the Organising Committee of the XX Commonwealth Games, Glasgow 2014 Ltd, as the corporate hospitality sales agent for the XX Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. Events International Ltd is one of the most respected names in sports hospitality and is a member of the TUI Travel Plc group of Companies – TUI Travel Plc is the largest leisure company in the world (with brands such as Thomson Holidays & First Choice Holidays). Are the event tickets guaranteed?
As an official corporate hospitality sales agent for the XX Commonwealth Games we are able to guarantee the event tickets that are included within in the hospitality packages. The tickets are included within all hospitality packages at face value.

Are the event tickets situated together in groups?
All reasonable efforts will be made to allocate tickets together.

Who will be organising the corporate hospitality arrangements?
The corporate hospitality arrangements are not being organised by Events International, they are being organised by the Organising Committee of the XX Commonwealth Games, Glasgow 2014 Ltd. The corporate hospitality will be of a very high standard, with an emphasis on showcasing the best of Scotland’s larder.

Are guest speakers included in the package?                  
You will note that some corporate hospitality packages include a guest speaker. A guest speaker will usually be included in Executive Restaurant facilities. There will be no speakers included in Private Boxes.

Do the prices quoted include VAT?
Please note that the prices quoted are per person and are subject to UK VAT, which is currently charged at 20%. VAT is added to the price within the booking section of the website.

Are there any other hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs, the price includes all service charges and drinks as specified. The only extra costs that you may wish to pay are for items such as official merchandise and items of a personal nature. For the benefit of doubt the corporate hospitality packages do not include accommodation or travel to and from the event. For the sake of example, the bearer of the ticket will not be entitled to take advantage of any included public transport service which may or may not be in place on the day of the event.

When is my hospitality order confirmed?
If you have made a booking online then we will confirm whether or not we can accept the booking within one business day of your request. As soon as we have accepted the booking we will issue an invoice to you confirming the arrangements we are providing on your behalf. The contract to supply you with these arrangements will be created as soon as we issue you with an invoice.

When will I receive my hospitality documentation? Is there a delivery charge?
Subject to receipt of full payment we endeavour to send all hospitality itineraries no later than 7 days prior to the event date. All tickets are sent by secure mail and no extra charge will be made for deliveries to an address within the UK. We can arrange for a courier to deliver your tickets to an address outside the UK, but this may incur an additional fee, which will be advised prior to delivery. Please advise us immediately if you have changed address.

What is your policy on refunds or cancellations?
All bookings are accepted subject to the Terms & Conditions of booking, which are available for you to view on this website. The cancellation policy is found within the Terms & Conditions, there is a sliding scale of charges depending on how far in advance of the event a cancellation is made.
